A customer had a special request for mini chocolate cupcakes with champagne frosting.
I saved some for myself... oh my gosh. Absolutely delicious!
I just might add it to the menu~

The girls are eating mini hostess with the mostess and lemon-poppy cupcakes..I just love how perfect the mini cupcakes are for kids!

Guinness & Bailey's cupcakes are available year round, but I start to really crave them around St Patrick's Day. I did a little experimenting and filled the Chocolate Guinness cupcakes with a chocolate ganache flavored with Jameson's whiskey. The result was amazing. To make it perfect- a pint of Guinenss Draught or a hot Irish coffee.
