Oakland Indie Awards

This past Friday was spent at the 5th annual Oakland Indie Awards. It was so much fun and wonderful to be surrounded by so many other awesome Oakland businesses. There were hundreds of folks, delicious food....... my goodness, vegan tamales, pupusas, Ethiopian food, many talented artists ( I wish I could list them all but they were brilliant!) and my new favorite coffee company, Bicycle Coffee, which I have been dreaming about ever since. The event ended with the famous DJ Platurn spinning Oakland's best hits, MC Hammer included of course! Definitely my kind of event ~

~Don't they look adorable? The flavors you see are Bunny Hop & Funny Bunny. Frosting buttercream grass and putting the chocolate eggs on top is really as fun as it looks :)

Spring Break!
