Look closely, yes, mini French toast & maple bacon cupcakes. They may seem strange to some at first, but trust me if you like to dip your bacon in maple syrup during breakfast then this is your cupcake. Also, folks have asked whether the bacon is pork and it is, it's applewood bacon. Turkey bacon is available upon request and I'm looking into a nice beef and vegan bacon(ooh?!). So if your gut instincts tell you to go for this flavor, then do it! You'll be pleasantly surprised~
