This may sound odd, but these cupcakes are more than a desert for me. I must admit they take on personalities after I frost them. Almost like superhero cupcakes that are set free to make people happy. I totally imagined this vegan cupcake as a healthy superhero... and I even imagined it wearing a cape, haha.
Super moist and sensuously sweet, I had these cupcakes at my cousin's bridesmaids luncheon and they were amazing! They were so good, I lost count of how many I ate! I'd love to see you make more vegan options...perhaps some with a sugar-substitute like stevia?...not that it would help my addiction to your wonderful wares!
